Test distribution

Where your score actually sits in the cohort.

Scores are scaled 1.0 to 9.0. The distribution is roughly normal, centred near 4.5, with a long thin right tail. About 3% of the cohort clears 9.0. Most candidates sit between 3.5 and 6.5. The top universities don't publish hard cutoffs, but 7.5+ is competitive, 8.5+ is strong, 9.0 is the ceiling — and that ceiling is reachable with the right preparation.

TMUA overall score distribution: percentage of candidates by score from 1.0 to 9.0, peaking around 4.5
