We collect only the data submitted through the application, waitlist, and contact forms. Some applicants are under 18; parent or guardian details are collected on the application form for this reason.

Data is used only to assess applications and to run the programme for enrolled candidates and their families. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention: application data for candidates who are not selected is deleted at the end of the cycle. Any record can be deleted on request, at any time.
