TERMS
These terms are provided for transparency and will be reviewed by legal counsel before the first paid cohort begins.
1. Acceptance
By using tmua9.com or submitting any form on the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What TMUA9 provides
Two categories of service. Free materials released through the site, the Galleria, and the mailing list. Paid products: TMUA9 School, the Comprehensive Guide, and Suite Privée.
3. Applications and selection
Submitting an application does not create a contract. Places are offered at the discretion of TMUA9 after the free diagnostic and private conversation. A place is confirmed only once the deposit is paid and the written agreement is signed.
4. Fees and payment
Tuition is £499, billed every two weeks during term. No part of the fee depends on a score. Attend the first full week and, if you decide it is not for you, the deposit and first payment come back in full. Full terms are set out at /refund-terms.
5. Intellectual property
All materials on this site and in the programme, including written notes, worked solutions, videos, recordings, methods, and diagnostic frameworks, are the property of TMUA9 and Jamie Baek. They are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the individual student or waitlist subscriber. Redistribution, resale, republication, or use to train any machine-learning system is not permitted without written permission.
6. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information on any form. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, share account access or recordings, or use the materials to impersonate the programme.
7. No promise of a specific offer or score beyond the written floor
Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific university offer or of a specific TMUA score. The founding cohort guarantee is set out at /refund-terms and is the only guarantee given. Results depend on the student's work. Universities set their own admissions decisions independently of TMUA9.
8. Limitation of liability
TMUA9 provides tuition and materials in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid by the affected student for the product in question. TMUA9 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed offers, deferred entry, or third-party costs.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as set out at /privacy. Applicants under 18 submit parent or guardian details on the application form.
10. Changes to the site and to these terms
The site, its materials, and the programme's structure may change. These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Contact
