PAYMENT TERMS
TMUA9 SCHOOL
A School purchase, £499, billed every two weeks during term, is a distance contract for services under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
There are fourteen days from the date of purchase in which to cancel. Cancellation is made by email to admissions@tmua9.com from the address used at purchase, and no reason is required.
Where teaching has already begun at your express request within that period, a proportionate amount may be deducted for the sessions already delivered, and the balance is refunded. The deduction is calculated on the published contact hours for the cohort: 8 weekends of Workshop and Lab plus the private diagnostic hours, 56 contact hours in total.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen days of the cancellation being received. Cancellation stops any payment not yet taken.
The £200 deposit is a purchase and carries the same fourteen day cancellation right, and the fourteen days run from the date of that payment. Cancelling within fourteen days refunds it in full. If the student proceeds, the deposit is credited toward tuition and comes off the first payment.
After the fourteen days, the place runs to the end of the programme and no refund is due. Recordings remain available to enrolled students for the remainder of the programme.
The trial weekend on 8 and 9 August 2026 is free and carries no card, and it exists precisely so nobody has to buy without having seen the teaching first.
The founding cohort guarantee
- 1.See the teaching before you pay: the trial weekend is free.
- 2.Week one is on trust: attend the first full week, and if you decide it is not for you, your deposit and first payment come back in full.
- 3.After that, my time is on the line, not your money: any student who attends every session, submits every weekly assignment and sits every mock, and whose internal mock has not risen one band by week 8, keeps working with me free of charge until the October test.
This is the founding cohort. No historical outcomes are claimed. The first results table will be built by these ten students.
This is a commitment about the work, not a promise about a score. No score is promised, and no admission outcome is promised. Attendance, completed assignments and sat mocks are recorded through the term, and the week one baseline and the week 8 internal mock are the two measurements the third clause is read against.
MATERIALS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Galleria library is free. The Comprehensive Guide and the Suite Privée products are digital and delivered immediately on purchase. You have fourteen days to cancel a digital purchase; where the files have already been delivered, the download record is treated as the point of delivery and a refund is at TMUA9's discretion.
All arrangements are governed by the law of England and Wales.
